河北24项高频海事政务事项下月起将实现全省通办_我的网站

It takes two days to dry them.,To prevent her dreadlocks from dragging on the ground, Asha carries them in a fabric sling and sometimes wears her locks up on her head, but only for a few hours as her neck begins to strain.,"When I’m ready to go into my sleep chamber with my cobra baby, I would have them tied up in a little sack and we cuddle and talk to each other.",Mandela, who nurtures her locks like a plant, doesn't plan to ever chop them as she feels they have become a part of her.,“I will never see or feel that there’s a time that I want to cut my hair,” Mandela said.。近日，海事局发布第二批全省通办事项清单，全面落实海事政务服务一体化部署，拓展通办清单、深化数智赋能、延伸服务触角，助推全省向海发展、向海图强。

B | 2025年7月，海事局落地实施首批8项海事政务全省通办事项，全力扭转属地办理、往返奔波的传统办事模式。一年来，首批海事政务全省通办业务累计办理量突破2400件，平均办结时限压缩37%。此次新增的24项政务服务事项将全面实现就近办、线上线下联办。

C | 办事群众在海事局政务中心、秦皇岛海事局政务中心、唐山海事局政务中心、沧州海事局政务中心、曹妃甸海事局政务中心5个全省通办政务服务站点中的任意一个窗口提交申请，均可享受线上线下便捷服务。海事部门对线上业务实行“全程网办+帮办导办”模式，通过在线审批、证书邮寄直达即可完成事项办理；对线下业务实行“帮办导办+代收转办”模式，依托“就近受理、异地审核、结果互认、同步发证”办理机制，保证办事群众便捷享受一窗通办、全省协同惠民服务。
